Important Notice to Prospective Owners
Please be advised that no Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) Contract will be executed until the following items are received:

• Copy of the Warranty Deed - (With Seal of the Clerk of the Courts)
• Copy of the Settlement Statement - (In cases where the property was recently purchased and there is no available registered Warranty Deed)
• Copy of Driver's License or Florida ID
• Copy of the Social Security Card or Tax ID Number
• Owners are required to personally come to our office to execute the HAP Contract and to provide a lease agreement as soon as their tenant(s) have been approved to move in.
