Lead-Based Paint
ln 1978 lead-based paint was banned for residential use by EPA. HUD requires tenants and landlords are informed about the dangers of lead-based paint poisoning. lt is the landlord's responsibility to inform tenants that there may be lead-based paint in the unit.
